So Ive been totally wound b/c I had like 100 blood test done last thursday. I have been freaking out because my next appt. Is not until oct 8th. My doc said we would talk about the results then.
Lucky for me I have a friend at the Dr's office and she called to tell me today that all my test came back normal. Im only waiting on the karotype that takes 31 days to get results. What is the Karotype test for anyway?
While Im happy Im not ill Im a little disapointed that my Doc wasnt like oh here is the problem and here is how were gonna fix it. Its never that easy is it?
So now I will prob have to go do the uterous injection deal next month! Meanwhile Im not aloud to "try"!
If the test all come back normal and the uterous thing is fine, what else could be wrong with me?
My whole family keeps telling me to be positive. Does anybody else feel like if your positive and things dont work out youre just setting yourself up for more heartbreak?
I sure hope I can have a baby but if I cant I need to be able to come to terms with that. My sister bless her heart has offerd to be a surrogate for me and I take comfort in knowing that if I cant she can and I will have a baby nomatter what... is that odd to plan for not being able to have a baby? Im not giving up hope I just want to be realalistic!
Thanks for reading my book ha ha

I definitely don't think that it's strange to hope for the best but plan for the worst. I think that we all do that. Just be positive. The karyotype is to test the chromosomal makeup of either your miscarried fetus or of yourself. I don't know what they are karyotyping. They are looking for abnormalities that could have caused the miscarriage. If everything comes back fine even with your uterine procedure, I would suggest looking for a miscarriage specialist to see if maybe it is an immunological disorder. Good luck with all of your tests. I hope they are able to find out what is causing the miscarriages!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
