Hi ladies...well after 2 m/c's and a battery of tests I finally found out all of my test results on Friday. My ob said everything came back wonderful except I have a small polyp (about 1cm) on my uterus. She said that the babies might have implanted around the polyp and that was what caused the m/c's. On the other hand she said it might not have been a factor and it may just be that I have low progesterone. I've been doing progesterone treatments for the last 2 months so I am currently building my levels up. My ob said she would recommend doing a d&c to remove the polyp. Naturally, my husband and I want to cover all bases and of course I'm going to do the d&c just in case it is the cause of the m/c's. The hospital is supposed to call me this week to set up an appt. Has anyone ever had a polyp where it was the cause of m/c's?? Did you have any problems afterwards?? I m/c'd both babies naturally so I never even went through a d&c and am a little anxious about that. Will I be able to go back to work the day after or will I feel sick??
Work is my other issue right now. I am a teacher and have been at the same school for 5 years. I enjoy teaching but it is a tough school and we have to do so much and get nothing in return from the administration. I know all teachers have stress but I believe that stress plays a role in getting pregnant. I have been contemplating this past week about possibly quitting after this year is over and possible just doing something like being a substitute or an assistant. I know I'm probably crazy to even think this since jobs are so hard to come by, however, I feel like I have to finally put myself first for once. Having a baby is the most important thing to me right now and I don't want anything to get in the way of that. My husband is very supportive either way and he told me to do what I think is better for me. I'm trying to get advice from everyone. So what do you think? Any advice??
Thanks for the all the help!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
The d&c was really not so bad. I would take the next day off.....just to rest your uterus. I was up a little too much the day after and had some extra bleeding b/c of it.
Give up the job if you can afford it.....
OH, nearly forgot, another good source for Progesterone - HerBalance Cream. I have used it for years since I am Estrogen dominant and in premature menopause. It is sold by www.cpmedical.net. Have your doctor check it out and see if it is an option!
