Okay has anybody here ever had a panic attack? I dont know what happend to me yesterday but I think maybe I was having one.
I was just cutting my dogs hair and all of the sudden my chest sorta hurt. I was breathing really heavy. I got really dizzy. Then my hands started to tingle and it went up my arms then I felt it in my mouth.... I knot this must sound weird but its the best I can describe it and it really scared me! ithought I was having a heart attack or something!
The weird thing is that I wasnt even really thinking about anything upsetting at that moment. Can you have one if youre just stressed? I dont know anything about them so I thought I would ask y'all!

Sorry sweetie, I've never had one personally. My best friend had one one time after getting some shocking news but it took it a little while to set in. It sounds about the same that yours did. I wouldn't freak out about it too much unless it starts to happen on a regular basis. Hope you feel better!

I've had one. It felt like the walls were closing in and that I couldn't get enough air. I was at a party, happy, talkign to friends and then boom. It can come on suddenly when you least expect it. I was on Paxil than Effexor for awhile which helped with my anxiety.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
