I know plenty of people including my mother that should not have kids and definitely dont deserve them.
And I also know a lot of good people that are over-qualified even but cant have children
So I think what I am saying is... you need a good pampering a good time to relax and look into the sunshine and feel how wonderful of a person you are and that YOU WILL be a mommy.
P.S. Nope, it's not fair... it sucks.. I hate it.
I watch women in my family that are on drugs carry their babies full term and then get them taking away by social workers. I think... God, why couldn't you have given me that baby?
Often times there is no answer. It SUCKS. It's not fair. I'm in the same boat - I took care of myself, was getting healthy and I had a loss. My cousin has 4 children by 4 different men and drank and did drugs through 3 of the pregnancies. 3 of those babies were born between 30 and 35 weeks and she complained that she went full term with the last baby and it was 7 lbs.
Some people don't deserve to have children (see example above). Some people do (look in the mirror). You'll get your chance.
Is this your first?
I'm so sorry. I lost mine on 5/13 and that's all I could think of all these stories I heard of where people's mother's drank and smoked the entire time they were pregnant and delivered healthy babies. It mad me so mad!!!! Like what the heck. I read every baby/preg. book I could find I was eating right, pre-natal vitamins, etc. and my baby dies.
There is really nothing to say except that you are not alone and I feel/felt the same way.
