okay so i miscarried in november but just barely found out a couple weeks ago.
In sept. me and my bf at the time had sex for the first time. the condom broke and i was nervous about being pregnant. i went 5 or 6 weeks with out my period and thought that i was pregnant. i bought 3 at home tests and took them. two came out positive and one came out negative. i told my bf and he told me to go get an abortion and that he didn't want any part of anything. We broke up after that. At the beginning of november, i was at school playing hockey in p.e. I knew i needed to be careful so i kept my distance from everyone. when i was paying attention to something my teacher was saying three boys came out of no where and accidentally slammed me into the wall. i hit on my left side and my stomach. i pulled all of the muscles in my stomach and left side. during the rest of the day i had really bad pains, i thought that i was just sore from hitting into the wall. Later that night when i got home the pain got to be unbarable. i took a tylonal and fell asleep. when i woke up it felt like i had peed my pant. i threw my blanket off me and saw that my pants were covered in blood. I knew that deep down inside that i miscarried but i didn't acknowledge it. i usually have short light periods but that one was a week and a half long and heavy almost the whole time. I went to the doctors about three weeks ago he did a scope on my uterus and he said by the looks of it i've carried a child and he could tell from the tearing and scarring that i had a miscarriage. I knew all along but having him tell me really got to me.. i feel like it's my fault! i don't know what i can do to get over how i feel. its terrible1 i've lost sleep over it and my grades are dropping. my family is getting suspicious and i don't know what to tell them.. Help!!

hun, it's definitely not your fault. sometimes things happen that you can't control. those boys should have paid more attention. hope things get easier for you.

It's hard to say if that actually caused the miscarriage. Usually the baby is WELL protected early on. They have a big buffer and it takes a lot to harm them. The farther you are in the pregnancy does result in a higher risk of fetal harm if impacted but usually it would take a lot. I am so sorry that you're going through this! You are so young and it's awful to experience this with no support at home. The ladies on here are a wonderful help!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
