I'm so sorry for your loss, I hope things will get easier with time...
That is not going to change. Think about what you would have said to a friend last year if she miscarried. I don't know any words help.
2 months is nothing. Your not going to feel OK for a long time.
If you can, see a proffecinal. Don't expected your loved ones to understand, but acknowledge your need for an other human being to be understanding.
I've had multiple miscarriages, none got a hart beat. Some how, others think this doesn't count as loss.
Ask your doctor about counciling, if your doctor is not on your side, find a new doctor.
Hopefully, one day you will be pregnant again, you need a doctor on your side.
It really doesn't matter how far a long you were. Its all about how you feel.
Get support, don't let anyone tell you this is nothing.
Its going to be a long year for you, but one day it might get better
Your not alone, but seriously find real help.
I just needed someone to share my feelings of grief and loss with today. Thank you for all of your comments that help me remember that i'm not the only one feeling this way and that i'm not weird for believing that my pregnancies resulted in two deceased children and it is okay for me to grieve their loss. I never want to dismiss them, even if I do have a successful pregnancy one day (which I still choose to hope for). I'm hoping that by grieving together, we can all find more strength from one another so we can keep moving forward as valiant women who will be REALLY AMAZING mothers one day; who have an extra appreciation for the miracle of having a live child to hold, hug and love, while still loving the ones we have lost.
It's been three months and three days since my D&C. I feel the same as you do. I'm entirely heartbroken and having a hard time functioning. Yes, it feels like everyone that doesn't need or didn't plan on it is having a baby. I fight my jealousies every single day. "The time wasn't right" is what my mother says to me, and it makes me hate her. That's the last thing a hurting woman needs to hear!!! Then why was it my time to get pregnant?! Forget those people. They will never understand what this pain feels like, and we will never understand why this happens. Just hold on sweetie. I am in the same boat you are. Constant crying, anger, and pain fill each day. The main thing I try to remember, is how easy it is for bitterness and hatred to creep into your heart. Don't let this heartache make you mean! Hold onto the love for your baby! It hurts, but your baby loves you back!!!!!! We will always miss our babies. One day though, this heartache will feel like it was a lifetime ago. We will be so proud of ourselves for being able to get through this. Just think of the love, and hold onto it.
Thanks again for all the words of encouragement. It really means a lot to me know that there are other women going through what I am going through. It has been exactly 4 months since my miscarriage and I took 2 HPT and they came out positive. I am trying to be stress free and be healthy. I know I didn't cause the miscarriage before but I still feel like it was my fault and that I let everyone down. My husband doesn't even want us to tell anyone until I am further than my last pregnancy. He doesn't seem excited and I understand why. He said he doesn't want to me let down again and I feel like I let him down.
Thanks again and hope to talk to you ladies again.
