I know we come across this topic a lot, and I had no idea how it was going to affect me, but now as the days are drawing nearer it's getting more difficult and I just need to vent. I had my miscarriage May 21st at 12 weeks and my due date would have been this Sunday. On top of that, my birthday is Tuesday, December 2nd. I'm turning 35 and it's just another reminder of how old I'm getting and not able to get pregnant. We've been trying ever since with no luck. For two weeks now I just can't get it out of my mind. I mean the thoughts consume me and I can't make them stop. The "what if's" and the "would could have beens." I've been doing pretty well the last 3 months, or so I thought, but right now I'm just so sad. My girlfriends were trying to plan this big shin dig this Saturday to celebrate my birthday, something they do every year which I love, but I'm just not into it. I just can't see myself trying to enjoy something I clearly won't. I don't want to stay home and drown in my sadness but how I can go out and have a good time? It's so frustrating. I just thought by now I'd for sure be pregnant. I've even put off doing or scheduling certain things for that reason which now I know, I can't do anymore. I'm so sad.
Not to go on and on, but this past week, my co-worker just announced to everyone that she's pregnant, again. She just had a baby 6 months ago and they were going to wait at least over a year but this was an "oops". They are very happy and I'm happy for them, but I'm also so angry. Angry that it can't be me. I know this is normal and I know with time it'll subside, but again, I'm just venting. Thanks for listening.
Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving or better yet, something "extra" to be thankful for:)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
