Another question ladies. Lately I have been prone to bv. I'm very concerned b/c the odor unpleasant and I learned that bv can be linked to misscarriage. I just recently finished a round of antibiotics and symptoms came back a month later:( I dont want to keep taking antibiotics so I'm considering probiotics, rephresh-b that you take daily. Is this safe to take while TTC and pregnancy? I also incorporate yogurt regularly in my diet. What are your thoughts? Anybody else experience this?

I don't know that probiotics help with vaginal infections. I take acidophillus daily and it is for GI issues usually. BV happens with hormone changes and if you douche or sometimes with tampon use. Did you use an oral antibiotic or vaginal? I used metro gel vaginal and I think it works better than an oral. My infection was horrible after my m/c and it hit me that maybe that was what caused my miscarriage along with all of the other health problems I was facing at the time. Always talk to your OB about starting a new supplement or medication. Good luck hun!

Thank you novemberangel117! I took oral. I remember when I had it yrs ago, I would use metro gel and it work and was alot cheaper! Even though the pills are convinient, I'm going to try the gel again. I actually have a prescription still on file from a few yrs ago and I was debating getting it fiilled. I think I'm going to go ahead and get it filled and see what happens from there. And I don't douche. Being a woman is hard!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
