AF arrived today!!!

4 weeks to the day and I got AF after my D and C today. I feel like I have met a milestone and can start the process of ttc again. Ever since I miscarried it has been such a waiting game. I was told at an u/s that there could be a problem, had to wait a day to have it confirmed at a 2nd u/s. Then had to wait a day for the D and C. Then waited two weeks to stop bleeding, two more weeks to start AF. Now I wait for ovulation, can join the TWW group to see if I'm pregnant if not, start all over agin. If pregnant wait to see if I stay pregnant and have a healthy baby. I am not a patient person. This is hard.

yea!! woo hoo!!! im with you on that one! i am so not a patient person either BUT going through all of this makes you a semi patient person! i have been dealing with disappointment for the past year and half.. it never gets easier but patience is a virtue...if will just make us appreciate our special little ones even more someday!!

It's been 5 weeks since my m/c and I am starting to wonder when I'll get my a/f. I can identify with rmae's feelings about getting a fresh start. This week is going to be long for me, I have better patients with things I can control. I have a two yr old so patients is some thing I do practice on a day to day basses. But I can not help wanting to get it over with already. Question? I m/c may 23 and bleed for little over two weeks. So I guess my question is do I count from the beginning day or last?

I know how you feel...with my "current" miscarriage my hcg level still hasn't gone down to 5 or even close I'm like at 61!!! And then I had to get a stupid shot because they said it was ectopic...so now I have to wait 3 months!

I'm so happy though that you are getting great news...I wouldn't wish this upon anyone. Miscarriage alone is so hard...then to have to go through all the "aftermath" of D & C and or other problems is just so draining and difficult!

Good luck with this cycle I'll be praying for a BFP for you!!!

YAY!!! How strange it is that we're so happy to see AF!! I know how you feel, when I want something I want it NOW!! This waiting game sucks!! It took me 4 1/2 weeks for AF to come after my 2nd D&C, and it felt like forever! I feel like I'm ovulating now or very very soon, then the dreaded 2ww comes and I don't know to to keep myself busy in the meantime!! When I got pregnant before, I just assumed we missed the window of opportunity, so I didn't stress at all. Maybe I should try that strategy again lol :)
Anyway....congrats on AF, and lots of *baby dust*!! Good luck!!
