she would have been here. our beautiful baby girl. i lost her in late april of this year... we didn't know the sex yet as it was so early, but i started miscarrying at work and being a new supervisor and the only one there in charge i couldn't really leave right away... it was probably the worst day of my life. i spent half the day in the bathroom because of how heavily i was bleeding. that night before i left work i found a valentine's card (remember this was in april, over 2 months since valentines day) with two names on it "Erin" and "Katelyn" and I immediately focused on the name "Katelyn." My husband's first loss with his ex was "Haley Erin" so this felt like a sign from Haley telling me she welcomed her little half-sister to heaven... and so I gave our angel the name "Katelyn Marie"
She was due December 22... 3 days before Christmas... 5 days from now. With my first two losses, I did everything I could not to think about them until I lost Katelyn. And then I completely lost it. I grieved all three of my angels at once... That was the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with.
In October we lost our 4th angel. I would have been in my second trimester starting on December 3rd (which is also my birthday)
This has been such a hard month for me... Idk what I'm going to do over the next week... Christmas I was supposed to be spending time with my little sister because my husband will be working, and due to family issues my sister won't be coming over. I really hope I can make it through the holidays... :(

You aren't alone, i think everyone here can sympathize in some respect...
6 stockings hang by the fireplace, never to be filled by santa, never to be emptied. The only thing they contain is the sadness and loss of each little one. There will be no early christmas morning by the tree to open presents. The only thing that will be open, is my tear ducts, as they flow free the pain of the loss of my six children, unstoppable as a river runs.
that's what my husband wrote on Facebook while I was at work yesterday. :( it breaks my heart to know that he'll be hurting this much too, but at least we have each other.
