all you need is people round you to talk to and know that they are there for you.
i still have my down days now and its been over a month, but as they say,'times a healer' but its hard to hear that after everything you have been through.
my heart goes out 2 u big hugs ****
I keep telling myself that i could have handled one, but 2 seems like I'm being tortured. I'm trying to get through in small steps. First is to get myself physically healthy, because i can control that, so I'm on a workout schedule which helps me get out of bed each day, and is slowly taking away the baby bump i was beginning to develop. Next is to schedule the blood work for testing and a scope of my uterus to see if there is an undiagnosed problem. I'm finding setting short term goals to be much easier. i don't need to decide right now if we want to try again, because whatever our decision is I'm not ready yet, and that's okay.
I'm sure you're like me and you want nothing more to have those babies and hold them in your arms. My first due date is coming up next month, and until we get through that, I don't know how I'll be.
Set small goals, and celebrate those small successes. Healing will come, its slow, but I have to believe it will come.
Good luck to you.
