I used to love the holidays! Now it takes all of my strength to even get out of bed and make myself go to dinner :( All I could think about yesterday was how my little man should have been 9 months old and he should be being passed around my entire family and I should have to fight to get him back just to change his diaper. But instead my heart is broken and my arms are empty. No one is fighting over holding my son and who already had a turn. I didnt get to go out and get him a little Thankgiving Day outfit and worry he was going to ruin his shirt when he tried my grandmothers gravy for the first time :( I would give anything to have a hamper full of gravy stained shirts.....sorry for the long post I just figured you would understand. Thanks for reading

I'm sorry you had to feel that way I actually wrote in my baby's journal for hours yesterday. That's what I do when I'm really missing angel I'm pregnant again but it will never close the void I feel for my baby I'm a mommy to two babies. But I bought this journal when I first found out I was pregnant with "him" never got to find out what the baby was but I always believed he was a him. And I still continue to write to my angel and I believe He knows what I'm writing.

Thanks for your response :) it means a lot knowing I'm not alone. I write to my baby to and writing does help me. We also didn't know for sure when the sex was but we both knew in our hearts he was a boy :) congrats on your new pregnancy! I wish you both luck and a happy healthy rest of the pregnancy :)

I bet! We are TTC and I'm excited but completely terrified! I just try to look at it as when we have another child we will cherish every second! Because we have lost we know how quickly something can be taken away. It will make me hold my next child tighter, and if that makes me nuts and oerprotective then bring it on lol.

A hard part for me is going to the stores and seeing all the "Baby's First Thanksgiving....Christmas...." I am not sure how I will get through this holiday thinking like you how my angel would be 7 months and should have people fighting over her as well. Thank you for your post...I don't feel like I am alone in thinking like this.

Your welcome :) and I literally broke down and bawled my eyes out at Walmart when I walked by the little baby suits and ties. I had a couple people look at me like I was crazy but they have no idea what has happened to me (and I'm glad they don't know the feeling). Some days are just so hard. My little man should be 10 months old for Christmas and opening presents. It's heartbreaking. I'm so glad for sites like these because everyone is all judgmental about when we should be "over it" especially since my son has been gone for a year and 3 months already but on here we understand. I hope the holidays aren't totally awful for any of us. And we can try to enjoy some of it.
