and i know people are telling you to wait, but at the end of the day, its YOUR life, not theirs. and if you feel that you and your husband are ready and want this, then go for it! the rest will fall in place and you will work around having that added family member. it might make school a little more challenging at times, but if its what you want to do, then go for it!
i have had to deal with a recent spout of drama where someone said that you shouldn't have kids young because you haven't lived your own life, and it made me so mad! we all have our own goals and aspirations and if yours is to become a mommy, then do that! you can save that other stuff for retirement. having kids early means they'll move out earlier too! so don't let anyone else tell you how you should live your life. they have their own life to live and they shouldn't be trying to sway you.
just remember, if you died tomorrow, have you lived your life the way you wanted to, or the way others wanted you to? because if you let someone else make this choice for you, and you die five years from now and they dont, you would look back and regret letting them tell you what to do, because they are still living their lives and you won't be. so live everyday the way that will make you happy and when you get old and look back you can say 'i might have made a few mistakes, but i wouldn't trade it for the world. i lived every day like it was my last and i did what made me happy'
and i'm saying all of this from the standpoint of these are things i've had to ask myself and do myself. i've felt so free the last year or so because i finally let go of everyone else's opinion. its my life dammit, and if i want to be a mommy at 20 years old, then that's what's gonna happen! lol good luck!
please help...
Its never the "perfect" time for a baby as we live in a imperfect world.
Would it be possible for you to try to have a baby now and go to school later.
I tried to go to school but I just wanted to be a mom!
Now that Im a mom, I think maybe I will go back to school someday.
There is NOTHING wrong with having a desire to be a mother.
It is a very natural desire and one that should be respected!
I think if you can properly provide for a child and believe that you are ready and your husband agrees there is no better time than the present!
Miscarriage is heartbreaking, Ive been there 8 times.
I healed the day I held my first babies!
I hope you heal soon as well!
