I have two children, aged 12 and 13, and with both of them, after I had them I was told I would probably never have another child, due to a weak cervix. Miracles do happen.
When you're ready for another child you will know. Don't rush it.
Hugs and strength to you.
I am sorry you are feeling down and even more so on your prognosis. I agree miracles do happen, and I look at adoption as a miracle too. My husband and I discussed adoption before we even got married and we have always wanted to. His sister had one son biologically. She had no more, so a few years laters she adopted a little girl. THen a baby boy. Then at last a beautiful little girl with special needs who was told she would never walk or feed herself. Not the case at all by the grace of God. 20 years after her 1st son, their little miracle baby girl came biologically. God can do miracles for sure.Be encouraged and hope you feel better.
