My soon to be fiance leaves in january for bootcamp and things are getting stressful for him. He is worried about leaving me behind. I told him that ill be here when he gets back. He told me last night that hes worried im not prepared for him to leave. Ive tried my hardest to explain how prepared I am trying to be, even though I will never be fully prepared. I told him ill be busy while hes away to keep from suffering and i explained that im going to be spending a lot of time with his family. I explained that i loved him and that ill be here for him for as long as he needs and wants me. He is finally opening up and understanding that. How did you handle the stress? I need advide on how to make him less stressed about leaving.
