Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
It doesn't sound like a classic migraine, although, I'm not a doctor here. It sounds more like a sinus type headache with the pressure above the eyes and lack of energy and blurred vision and pressure in the head.
Ice may be aggrivating it. Give heat a try and a sinus medication, as that worked for me. Hang in there; tuesday will come.

That said, there is something you mentioned in your post that raised a little red flag. If the headache is as bad as you claim and you've got neck pain, you should check your temperature. If you are running a fever, you should find your way to an urgent care center for evaluation. I wouldn't wait until Tuesday for sure, just in case this is a meningitis situation. It's not likely, but it can happen (especially in a university setting)... so better safe than sorry!
Either way, you sound like you are feeling just miserable. If you are falling behind in your coursework, maybe it's worth it to hunt down an urgent care center or a minute clinic (like at CVS or Walgreens) for treatment. Even if you find out that it is just a typical virus, they might have some medications they can recommend to take the edge off the pain and get you back on track!
