Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.

Danin, in my job, I am accountable for a job well done and so to is anyone else that are getting paid for a service. There is no shame/harm/foul in stepping up and saying I was not satisfied with what I received and the therapist should be mature enough to hear that and agree with you, or not. It is up to them to also glean from you, what your issues are too. I bet you weren't going to great lengths to hide it, either. Of course this is all speculation on my part. Maybe, this person needs another chance with you too?
Bottom line is please don't give up. You are too important and I know how hard it is to get motivated when you are in a dark frustrating place. A good therapist will give you ways of dealing with pain and depression so you can manage it. It can be done.
