I've had a really good 2014, not many migraines & the ones I've had, had only come with aura & slight nausea no pain. I've been reading some of the benefits of probiotics & decided to start taking one & OMG about 2hrs later BAAAAAM!!!! Worst migraine of 2014 by far, put me out. Need my dark room, needed my ice pack!

For those who are thinking about starting a probiotic be forewarned it MAY trigger an episode.

Sorry to hear that you had that experience. Sometimes we don't know something will be a trigger until we try it. I've tried 3 different brands with no trouble. By far, Dr. Fuhrman's probiotics have been the best. A bit pricey, but the best.

Sorry you are unable to take probiotics!

I take Florastor (probiotic) very successfully. My stomach is a mess! I have Gastritis, IBS, GERD, and last Summer a horrible case of C-Diff (that landed me in the Hospital for a week).

@YvetteK, I was talking to a buddy of mine who's also a nutrients & he said I went to "gung ho" & picked a PB with a high amount of active bacteria count so I'm going to look for one that has a lessor count. But I'll look into that Dr. Furhmans & @ angee7, I'll look into that Florastor & see.
