ok guys,
so it started out saturday, i had a small lingering headache all day....it wasn't bad until i went to a piano concert, that evening...right before the concert began, it just started pounding and getting worse....the music wasn't loud or pounding so it didn't really aggrevate the headache, but the headache did prevent me from really enjoying the concert...so anyway, after the concert, i went home, and went straight to bed....i didn't sleep well though cause i kept waking up from the pain in my head....i would wake up to a throbbing pain in my head that just kept getting worse, and worse....by early sunday morning, if i tried to lift my head off the pillow, it felt like a pile of bricks inside my head holding it down....finally, i forced myself to get up, take my son to church, and then take myself to church....with my ton of bricks for a head...and the pain throbbing....then we had lunch after church, and a church business meeting, and i guess it finally realized that i wasn't going to let it keep me down....cause my headache went away....but i still have pain in my face...around the eyes, on my temples, my cheekbones...they are painful to the touch...this part of migraines/headaches is new to me....does anyone else have this problem...what is it and how do i get rid of it? thanks guys....

Do you think it's possible you have chemical sensitivities? Sometimes churches use some really powerful cleaning supplies and air fresheners. If you use scented candles or other fragranced products, and strong cleaners like Lysol (it is listed with the EPA as a pesticide), you could be triggering head and facial pain, etc. Hope you will feel better soon!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
