Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.

I\\\'m new here. Sorry to jump in with a question in my first few minutes, but I was recently prescribed Migranal to try for my headaches. It\\\'s over a week and I haven\\\'t been able to get it to try as the pharmacy insists it\\\'s discontinued by the manufacturer. Another pharmacy (called this morning) says it\\\'s available, so I\\\'m working on having them take over the scrip. Does anyone have any idea why such a discrepancy?
I googled \\"migranal discontinued\\" and that\\\'s how I found this site-looks like some people tried it, it didnt\\\' work, they discontinued using it. Makes sense-triptans don\\\'t work for me, but they\\\'re great for others. So I figured you guys are the best migraine experts to talk to. :)

I used to love Migranol. It is also under the name Amidrin. I was so dissapointed when I was told it had been discontinued. If you do find it under a new manufacturer or rand name or something, please let me know.

I was able to get the Migranal yesterday evening! Quite a snafu due to some drama with the original pharmacy, but the new pharmacy was awesome! Maybe try calling around to different pharmacies to see if someone else carries it. Turns out there's one other person in my home town that also uses this med, so they happened to have a box on the shelf for when she needs refills.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
