Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
I can't really say whats worse right now.. the migraine or the next day when I feel like curling into a ball and not moving for hours because I am so tired, weak, and hungover feeling. :(
So hard to think.. so hard to work.. and it does not help my anxiety levels.. you get that "whats wrong with me?" feeling like you wanna run to the doc and demand a Cat-Scan.
Tummys been upset today too.. dunno if its related or just stress/anxiety.
Mine starts with flashing geometric patterns in my vision then BAM.. solid sheet of pain and I was down.. are we done yet.. *sigh*

I had one of those "somethings wrong" migraines yesterday too. Not yet feeling right and fearing another.
