I was reading a magazine and they are suggesting melatonin for migraines. It said in one study 25% of migraine sufferers who took it for 90 days got rid of the problem. 74% cut the frequency and intensity of their headaches(wasn't we talking about migraines?)in half. It also said that good quality sleep is the key to preventing migraines. Has anyone heard of this supplement being helpful or being able to get rid of migraines from taking it? Has anyone heard that the quality of sleep can stop the migraines from happening? I know that the better that you sleep helps but stop them? I am not a doc and this was taken out of a reg magazine that you can get over the counter. I would think that some meds might interfere with supplements. Am I right?
