Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
22Lynn, I like the idea of moving back to meds that aren't quite as strong, in an attempt to get off the morphine. My low dose isn't doing much anyway, and I don't want to increase it. Well, you've been there.
YvetteK, I'm glad your cold is getting better and the cough is improving. It sounds like we've all been through hell with doctors and medications. I'm open to trying anything, and it might end up being a "cocktail", instead of painkillers. One med they wanted to try me on was actually used off label (of course) to stop postpartum bleeding, but it would have messed with my low blood pressure.
