Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.

here's something else to wonder...
i had an extremely stressful day yesterday in my personal relationship, and i was sitting at my computer crying, when i realized that if bedtime was going to be anything like the rest of my day had been (and i was pretty sure it would be)...that i was going to wake up/endup with a severe migraine today....
so i took two excedrin last night...before going to bed...well sure enough, i tossed and turned for an hour, got up for 2 hours, and ended up going back to bed at 2 in the morning, only to wake up again at 5:30 when the alarm went off....
and guess what? my eyes were swollen from crying, i felt all the emotional stress coming back and started crying again...BUT...I DON'T HAVE HEADACHE!!!!
WOW! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT...I AM GOING CRAZY OVER HERE WITH THIS STRESS...BUT I DON'T HAVE A HEADACHE!....THANK GOD!!!!
i think i've found a preventive measure for myself.....hip hip hooray! hip hip hooray!!
oh sorry, i got a little carried away...but it's nice to be able to focus on my stress without having a headache....
?huh? what did i just say? does that make any sense?
oh well, all i know is i don't have headache!
thanks
