I have had migraines since I can remember and first off, I am sorry to everyone on here who suffers from them. No one understands a migraine that does not get one..those that can just take a couple generic aspirin and feel better do not get it at all.
Anyway, my question is this: My primary care doctor just put me on an anti-depressant, Celexa, and I am having some side effects already, one of them being headaches.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this if they take anti-depressives or if it was just this drug? Or if possibly this side effect will go away if I give my body more time to adjust?
These headaches feel different than migraines, more like sinus headaches, although they get pretty horrible and I am torn between taking the medicine to help with my depression/anxiety or stopping it to avoid the headache, nausua and lightheadedness. Thanks for reading.
