Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
Don't be afraid to talk to your doc about it. Migraines and vascular headaches, in my opinion, messes with your normal blood flow. If you're dealing with either, your doc should know about it.
Peace and blessings.
My whole head felt so hot all the time. I would use gel packs to cool it down. Sometimes I used to sleep on them. I would wake up in the middle of the night because the once the gel melted it would start storing the heat my head was giving off. I would wake up because the gel pack was so hot that it had become painful to me. It felt like it had been microwaved.
I have problems with pressure too.
I don't think you are a hypochondriac. I have similar pain. Tell your doctor. Hopefully they can find an answer for you.
