Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.

Good luck
ANYWAY - my point being that a lot of these things can be related. It can be stress triggering both. It can be the foods you eat when on a binge (like processed, over-chemicalled, etc).
As you work through both issues, you'll see relief of both. Try keeping a journal - both of food AND feelings. As well as the migraines. You will see a picture of what happens if you do this for a few weeks.
But in the past when I've binged on junk food containing a lot of sugar, fat, salt, preservatives, artificial colors and/or MSG, it sometimes sets off a migraine. Cutting out junk food, plus eating healthy meals on a regular schedule, seems to help me get fewer migraines. I'm not sure if it's ingredients in the junk food or the physical & emotional stress of bingeing that causes these migraines. But since I also feel less depressed, nauseated, irritable and obsessed when I don't eat these foods, it's worth it.
(Junk food = cookies, cake, ice cream, candy, pastries, chips, pretzels, French fries, sugary granola bars and breakfast cereals.)
