I know people who have had it done and they said it worked, then I know people who said it did nothing for them. So take it for what it's worth. If you want to get it done, it's not going to do any harm, so just get it done and cross your fingers.

Hi there. My story is my migraines started around 10 I am now 29. Over the years they have gotten worse to the point that they came daily I also get aura with my migraines which makes it very difficult to work. I became very low coz as you all know after a migraine you feel lethargic and tired. So me days consisted of migraine blindness feeling tired and was just a vicious circle. So I went to me gp who prescribed amitriptaline this reduced my migraines to 2 a week which for me was amazing. Anyway I decided in June to have a piercing when myou friend mentioned the daith. I thought well it looks pretty and if it works bonus. The piecer said the have it on the side I get migraines but mine are all over so I had the left side done. For weeks I didn't have a migraine. Then I had 1 but the strange thing was it was only on the right side of my head. So in October I had the other side done and fingers crossed I haven't had one since. I have only had that 1 since June amazing. I'm not saying it workseems for everyone. But what have you got to loose. Hope this helps

One of my friends gets mild migraines and she said it worked for her. Mine range from pretty lite to I feel like it'll never end. It'a pretty brutal!

Hi! So, I know you posted this a while ago, but I'm new here. Migraines run in my family. The first time I was able to explain to my parents how I felt to the point that they were able to understand I was having a migraine, I was 3, so I don't really know how long I've gotten migraines for. I'm 20 now, and I've tried all sorts of things. I arrived to the point where I basically couldn't leave my house. My daith piercing has been amazing. My migraines had escalated to the point where it was constant, and I haven't had a single migraine since I've gotten it!

I have wondered about the daith piercing cause I am on zonasmide, maxalt, fiorcet, keppra and I hate having to take all these drugs. I have myasthenia gravis so all the medicines are not good for me. I just might have to look into the daith piercing.

I'm excited after talking to my husband about the daith piercing and he really is. We watched you tube videos of people it has helped and he is ready to go tomorrow. He has tried every medication and treatment there is. It has been over 5 years with a migraine every day. If this works I will let everyone know.
