Ive been exercising and doing Zumba for years. Now it’s too the point that I have so many migraines a month that exercising makes it worse. The only exercise that isn’t causing migraine is walking. So I guess I have to stick to that for now because I can’t have any more than I already have. I’ve tried to revisit exercising several times now and it just leads to 3-5 more days of migraine. Nope, won’t do it. Walking it is for now. I’ve been reading some posts on here and need to try more preventative herbs to see if that reduces them.
Please help. I am looking for an excellent lymphoma specialist in the nj/nyc area for my mother, 69 years old. There are large growths everywhere. They found it Saturday. I am trying not to completely break down and lose hope.
