Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
My migraines always hit me with weather change! mostly extreme barametric changes trigger mine. I was diagnosed with "hermicrania continua" chronic migraine back in late april. So i am still trying to figure out the whole thing. after a complete food sensitvity test i found im very gluten and dairy sensitve hard to not eat them but def helps my headaches to a degree. i recently was diagnosed with anxiety/depression which is common with chronic migraine people. keep in touch
