Mine similar to yours. Do get about half hour warning before aura - sight doesn't feel quite right. Often lose half the person etc. Aura of moving zigzags lasts about 15 mins and feel grotty, sometimes mild headache for rest of day. But this varies in nastiness. Do you get clusters? I record mine in diary but no real pattern. Thought for a while a drug I take made them worse and it was affecting liver at the time of the clusters but they have stopped clustering now so just one of those things? But did coincide with the poor liver labs. Maybe we should all be trying liver support herbs? Digestive enzymes? Just a thought.

i seem to get my auras or what they call the silent migraines in clusters. I did have one two days ago and so far haven't had another yet. I too sometimes have a dull headache for rest of day and i would say mine varies also. Sometimes i just don't know what causes them I went to a migraine doctor 3 months ago and he told me to take Magnesium, CQ10, and vitamin B. I took it for a while but havent been doing it and really hadn't seen a difference.

When I get mine, the painfull ones, I feel like you do. I am exhausted if I do not rest and it can just ruin a day or 2. But I get headaches each and every day from a mild brain injury. They also make me tired but it is the brain injured part that does that.

My migraines returned after several years without one and the aura was the only symptom, no pain. That lasted a few years and the pain is returning.

After a "silent" migraine, no pain just aura, I feel ill, washed out like when you have the flu. Prior to the aura I get strange hunger sensations, my left nostril feels raw up into my sinus and my nose drips. Now I never know if the pain will follow.

I really hate the way it adds to my chronic illness and takes away my energy and enjoyment of life.

I have never had that. Doesn't sound much better than the pain.
