Migraine Headaches Support Group
Migraine is a neurological disease, of which the most common symptom is an intense and disabling episodic headache. Migraine headaches are usually characterized by severe pain on one or both sides of the head and are often accompanied by photophobia (hypersensitivity to light), phonophobia (hypersensitivity to sound) and nausea.
SO I suspect it will take a few months to get this reduced.
I try to eat protein prior to going to bed.
I went from that to bio-identical hormones and still got migraines, 3-4 a month.
It isn't until in the last 3 years that I have gotten them at first - 5-6month to then 7-8 and now 13-14.
So that would tell me it is a build up of migraines in my system.
Right?
I figured out what causes mine by keeping track of what I was eating, how much sleep I got, the weather, how much stress I was under. What time I was eating and how late. I know that sounds like lots of work but if you are anything like me you and all you can do is sleep the day away than it is worth it. I am still tracking mine I am starting to think the amount of sugar I eat during the day can also be a trigger.
Good luck and I wish you well.
Last night, I put the hormone cream on around 7ish and sure enough by midnight, I woke up hot.
TODAY I am going to do hormones in the morning and see if I sleep through the night.
I've had one for two days, this time. I can be walking down a hallway, or sitting in my seat at work, and the hair on the back of my neck will stand straight up...for no reason at all.
So relax the msot you can, try to live your life slowly but deeply
Regards
Roseta
