Anyway.........My stinkin eye twitched for 6 straight months every day.
Definitely meno! I also get a twitching in my leg or arm like a
fluttering. Not sure if that's meno or not. My husband also gets it.
I'm thinking that that is more from a pull or strain of sorts. Not sure.
I once heard that the Charley horse thing had to do with calcium
but can't remember if it was from too much or not enough. Also,
possibly dehydration. (muscle cramping) Something to look into.
Congrats on your bravery in the dental area. I'm sooo happy
for you. That's such great news ! ! !
Good Luck & Take Care, Donna
But if you google this stuff.....well, take my advice, and don't google nothing. It will ruin your day.
One strange sensation that I have all the time is feeling the need to scratch an itch....then scratching, but not having that nice satisfying relief. Almost as though I imagined the itch itself or something.
I have fallen asleep and suddenly have jolted awake, even thinking my legs did jerk...but that did not happen often. Maybe a heating pad under your legs will help or some stretching. It would drive me nuts if I had this kind of thing constantly.... hope your twitching leaves soon...DaisyC
