Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
Mhmm.... I was reading about this the other night also.
Guess what ? They said to put a bar of soap underneath your calves and leave it there, it will make the cramping go away. Something about minerals or ??? in the soap will stop them... STRANGEEEEEEE but looked it up and it's true.. lol
Hope you are doing well :)
Hugs!!
My husband works in sales, so when he comes home and we're all ready for sleeping, he and I lay so that we can each rub each other's feet and we talk. Unfortunately, he usually falls asleep within the first 10 minutes, while I end up staying awake til 2 or 3 (thanks, hormones). But at least we get a little time together along with SOME foot rubbing.
I was just reading about drinking Pedialyte and how athletes use it instead of gatorade. Don't need very much of it though. I will upset your tummy if you drink to much. I'm trying about 1/4 cup a day to ward off the cramping feet and legs. Of course, not a good idea if you have high blood pressure so be careful.
