Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
But, I think it was a long one. I think nutrition has a lot to do with it. It's a shame we're not educated in this.
See, we're all in the same boat! Now, Row!!! :-)
P.S. Sawyer, love your avatar! LOL!

There really is a lack of literature on the subject, which I think means my conjectures are true.
Drinking more water to purify our bodies helps and eating a less "junk" diet does as well.
But, for me, that's tough, cause when I'm in the middle of a mood swing I want CHOCOLATE baby!
Do you have older children? If so, do you remember when they started going through adolescence? Remember the different body odors that weren't present before?
My teen son can stink up his bedroom in record time. When he was a little boy, he just smelled like "little boy dirt and sweat" which I found rather endearing. ;)
But now????? Whew! I run that boy to the shower every chance I can get.
Same thing with my 10 year old. She doesn't have 'body odor' at all. But, my 16 year old daughter does. It's all related to hormones.
I feel like a dried up old stinky prune!
