Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.

WHOA ! So they say perimenopause is the worst ? Yeah, so I guess we have SOMETHING to look forward to with regular menopause then ??LOL ...good grief, will it EVER end !
Sandi--hugs to you ! You're a tough cookie and have helped me a lot. I'm here if you need me !
I have noticed a pattern that I am usually anxious between ovulation and my period. But my periods have been coming earlier and earlier each month and now I don't know when I am ovulating. This month my anxiety didn't show up until 2 days before my period and it hasn't gone away yet. It usually leaves the day after my period starts.
