When my doc first told me my hormones were off the charts, she of course, tried to get me on HRT, which I can't with the MAJOR history of breast cancer, so I refused and started on OTC estroven with multi vitamin. Well all of the sudden I couldn't find the stuff anymore so I went with walmarts generic.....WRONG IDEA!

DID NOTHING AT ALL!

So since I could still find estroven, just in different forms, I decided to try the mood and memory one since all I seem to do anymore is cry! I haved been on it almost a month and it aint doing a damn thing!

I am peri-meno and still have my periods but they are all over the place and only last one day (the only thing to be grateful about with all this crap) It used to be I just had crying bouts the day before my period or during, but this past month I can't even talk to anybody without crying and I HATE THIS CRAP! Why?

I know if I discuss this with my new doc she will just want to put me on an anti depressant and in my opinion isn't going to help me if this is hormones! Plus I don't want to be on yet another pill! My last stupid ass OBYGN suggested a hyester and I was like huh.....why would that help?

My wonderful, wonderful husband is so very understanding about all this and when I have a panic attack, he gets me one of my xanax and just hugs me, rubs my back and talks me through it. When I cry, he just holds onto me...he is wonderful, but I can't hardly even talk to a cashier at walmart without being in tears over NOTHING AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to give the OTC "estroven for mood and memory" about another couple weeks then I may try the OTC "one a day supplment for menopause and see if that does anything?

Have no idea why not one store in my town or the surrounding town stopped carrying the estroven with multi vitamin, as it was working wonders for me, but oh well

Anybody else cry for no reason and ALL THE FRIGGIN TIME????? I am so tired of this!
