Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
Cortisol, Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin C, and an herb called Ashwagandha. Taking all this threw my body for a loop. Doc took me off everything. Went back in two weeks later and now we are starting small and using only progesterone cream as she originally indicated in her dictation letter to me. I am going to use progesterone cream compounded in a dose of 100 mg to be rubbed in once in the morning and once at bedtime and thats it. Im not taking any more supplements right now. I say start small and then add things as you go, at least for me. We are all different. But just getting yourself to a bio identical hormone doc is the best place to start to get the results you are looking for. Best Wishes! Hope I helped you some.
