Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
I am 52 and have every menapause symptom that was ever listed or mentiuoned! I still have periods of course they have all gone wacko I mean I have no ideal what it's gonna do or if do! Last night out of the clear blue I got very light headed off and on most of the night even laying down they would come and go I finally went to sleep and SLEEP will I can hardly get any, when I do fall asleep I wake up like 2 to 3 hrs later!
My skin is so dry I could scream and the skin itching is driving me insane! AND this hormonal acne well thats another drive me into the last satges of depression! My weigh well it's like an untamed wild horse and I now look like a pregnant mare! My breast get so full and heavy feels like I need a 18 wheeler to carry them!
My main question is IS anyone dealing with dizzy spells if so please explain yours.

I get these really freaky dizzy spell episodes every month or. They only last a few seconds, but they scare the shit outa me everytime. Its like my eyeballs go Marty Feldman on me. It feels like ones spinning one way and the other the opposite. Seriously! ha.

I get those dizzy spells too> I am pretty sure mine are triggered by stress. Sometimes I think that I am hyperventilating and that causes me to become lightheaded. good luck

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
