Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.

I am the same way, some months worse than others. Here's what I do; If I need to go to the store (don't drive/have to walk or bus) even on a good day I think, "What if I pass out or get dizzy or my heart starts acting up and no one's around" Is this crazy or what? Everywhere I go I wonder "what will happen if ????" I HAVE to have my cell phone or I won't go anywhere and even then I think," Well what if I call my mom or husband and they don't answer?
I'm not like this ALL the time, but some months I do get hit hard with this type of thinking.
I sure hope you get better soon. I know from your other posts that you seem to be troubled with the same things I am.
Good Luck, Donna
