Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
Shots are not suitable for me.
They are sublingual B12, you melt them under your tongue and they absorb a hell of a lot better than the ones you swallow.

The brand I have is Sundown Naturals, super potency sublingual B12.
There are two dosages, 3,000mcg and 6,000mcg.
I would suggest you try half of the lower one to start off.
For me it made a difference within 3 days of switching from the pills you swallow.
Hope it helps, I've struggled with fatigue too and have been perimenopausal for at least 3 years and possibly longer.
I have premature ovairian failure, which is a lot like menopause, but with a few time scale and possibility options on the package deal as it were.
I do have other things which cause my fatigue, I mention this as I do not know if it is just the menopausal stuff or not.
I have AMPD1 - which is where I can't process protiens and fats to make energy so well, this sets in in your 20s with most, I'm now 30.
I also have two B vitamin deficiencies.
And I also have fatty infiltration in my liver.
As well as a chromosomal disorder which can also cause fatigue.
I mention all those things because I truely don't know which one or all are making me what kind of exhausted.
or is it just the fact I have an 18 month old and am about to build a house and move?
LOL
Life, there are only two things you can truely ever do.
1 choose to be happy
2 choose to be miserable.
Hugs
Xx
Hope you find something that works for you soon. It's very hard not to have energy.
Best wishes.
