Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
I noticed that I can't read small print as well as I used to. I had a checkup the year before meno started and was fine, now I struggle to read tiny print.
Since my whole system is super sensitive I also see (close) the slightest thing. It's really weird because I think I'm seeing things but there's really something there that I would probably not have ever noticed when I was normal.
I know exactly how you feel with "if it's not one thing it's another.
Just when I get used to a symptom and don't fear it any more
another pops up and I start the cycle all over again.
I would think though that what's going on with you is perfectly
normal for this time.
Hope it goes away soon! Donna
I use eye drops too bc I was told (and found out for myself) that it would help my vision be a bit clearer. I would suggest the type that is a gel solution. It seems to work quite well... DaisyC
