I had Menningocus Menningities In 1961 with sperticima.
About 1972 I deveopled a sudden onset headache that immediatley became a chronic daily headache since then.
I am aware that Post Menniingites Headache can oocur right after
menningities even though the condition is supposedly treated.
Has anyone heard that ithta is possible to develop a headache 11 years later that is related to the menningities? if so, what tests and treatments are reccommended?

I haven't heard about having chronic headaches, have you checked out every possible reason you could be suffering with them other than having Meningitis? I know there are other reasons that people get chronic headaches. I would go to your doctor to get checked out, in the meantime I hope you feel better soon:)

Hello, the company I worked for was renovating and with jackhammers with only a plastic cover that kept flipping back and forth. Many of us were sick for a month, however, because I didn't know I had an immune deficiency at that time. I never really got over and it just became worse. Very bad headaches, memory loss, short and long term. Couldn't turn my head to quick or I would fall off my chair. The strange thing is that it completely stopped for 2 weeks and then I woke up with it again and the symptoms have never left me. I take meds for for the pain. It is all over the head as well as my gums. I have trimmers and shake. This happened about 15yrs ago now and I'm still searching for answers as well as medical/ holistic things to help. I decided to find a support group so here I am. I had an MRI twice now showing small white dots that represent the headaches. I just took my first botox shots that have seemed to help and was told it would help more the next time. It just doesn't take care of the gums and face area (5 cranial). So that is were the meds come in. They said my nervous system was disrupted therefore, that is why I have all the other elements that go along with the headaches. Dizziness, short/long term memory loss, wake up disoriented, trimmers and shake, just not alert. Anyone else out there have the same issues. Thanks

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
