This is a really great video! Its nice that someone has come out with some maneuvers that can help restore balance to those who suffer from constant vertigo. Again, a person who dose not have a destructive condition like MD but may have instead BPPV will benefit greatly!

Thanks for posting this Olliedog, everything is worth a try. MD after all should be the last diagnosis made after testing for everything else has failed. Most vertigo conditions are mild or maybe something besides MD, this video makes home treatment a possibility saving tons of money and time.

For anyone who is interested I have been using 2 iphone apps to help my brain get out of it's fog. The first is "VertiGo" and it does vestibular exercises and the other is Luminosity. I tried the free version of Luminosity and then paid for the big one. My insurance doesn't cover rehab so I've been trying some You Tube videos and those 2 apps. I don't know if they have helped with improvement or it would have happened without it but my friend who is a PT said that esp Vertigo uses what PT's use in treatment.

I don't know about you guys but if any friends, aquaintances, neighbors, have any sort of vertigo I am the first person they call and we play lets go over the checklist to make sure they are all right. The joy of knowing more about vertigo than most doctors!

Thanks Leslie for the App suggestions. I have wanted to look at Luninosity because I see the commercials all the time. I will go and check it out.

To RacheIT! no i have not try and i do believe this is for people has BPPV or you have vertigo during lay down or get up position.
