Meniere's Disease Support Group

Meniere's disease is a balance disorder of the inner ear. The symptoms of Meniere's are variable; not all sufferers experience the same symptoms. However, "classic Meniere's" is considered to comprise the following four symptoms: Periodic episodes of rotary vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a sensation of fullness or pressure in one or both ears.

I really hate when I wake up feeling lightheaded, a little dizzy, and just overall bad, then look at the weather and realize a low pressure system is just sitting directly over where I live. I wish there was a way to stop the weather from affecting me!!!!

I feel your pain; It sucks! Same situation here. I woke up so tired I don't even want to talk; my eyes hurt and they just want to rest; balance is non-existent--but I had to suck it up and get to work. The weather has become our enemy! Hope your weather passes quickly so you can feel better. God bless.

I always know when we are getting a storm in even hours away because I lose hearing in my bad ear. I am so sick of feeling this way. I had someone tell me that Meniere's must be fun for a rollercoaster fanatic - nope it's not!!!

One nice thing is that the weather will change.
Ours did, FINALLY! Blue skies today. Maybe the snow
has stopped falling in Minnesota too!
But there is rain coming tonight.
Take each moment you can and go with it!
