Meniere's disease is a balance disorder of the inner ear. The symptoms of Meniere's are variable; not all sufferers experience the same symptoms. However, "classic Meniere's" is considered to comprise the following four symptoms: Periodic episodes of rotary vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a sensation of fullness or pressure in one or both ears.

I've noticed before that you have asked questions that describe me also. Yes, it feels tight on my scalp, not usually on top, but on the back. I do notice that tingling tightness on top sometimes when I am looking up, like on the top shelf in a store. I also get the stabbing pains, like needle jabs. When the pains are worse, my pressure and dizziness are also worse. The only thing I have found that helps is time and taking it easy. I try to drink more water too.
