Meniere's Disease Support Group
Meniere's disease is a balance disorder of the inner ear. The symptoms of Meniere's are variable; not all sufferers experience the same symptoms. However, "classic Meniere's" is considered to comprise the following four symptoms: Periodic episodes of rotary vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a sensation of fullness or pressure in one or both ears.
Have had Meniere's since July 2010. It is very calm right now. (thanking God) do most of you get any warning when it returns?

I have been in remission for about three months now, after going through a year of pure HELL. I am very gratefull for feeling better. Do we get a warning? Depending on how run down I let myself be I would think that I would get hit. But not always. A couple of days ago I had brain fog but it only lasted for three hours then it passed. I still have the odd flash of vertigo go before my eyes scaring the pants off me, but other than that I good. At the same time having thoughts of an attack at any time is always in the back of your mind. Try to live life to the fullest while you feel good. I have been at the top of my game so to speak and BANG it hits you like a train...... so I quess anything goes. I don't think I've helped you much.......this is what I have gone through. thanks nancy after 8 month of no hearing the friehgt tran and the vertigo this is such a relief. Hponing it will last a little while...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
