Meniere's Disease Support Group
Meniere's disease is a balance disorder of the inner ear. The symptoms of Meniere's are variable; not all sufferers experience the same symptoms. However, "classic Meniere's" is considered to comprise the following four symptoms: Periodic episodes of rotary vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a sensation of fullness or pressure in one or both ears.
Just a quick question for those of you who have cut down on your sugar intake: how many grams of sugar a day do you try to aim for?
I've cut back on my sugar but not much. I stay away from coffee and caffeine. It helps me a lot. I still drink root beer, orange, sprite, etc, just nothing with caffeine. I rarely wat candy but I've never been a candy person.
