I saw where Brunob commented on "The Road". I read that book. It is not one I would recommend as it is too depressing. Gave me nightmares. I took it to the used book store today and got a Disc World book by Terry Pratchard. A lot more fun!!

I'm just starting clinical training as a therapist, and I really feel like when I'm researching a drug or a disorder, it's not complete without some first-hand posts from people with experience.
Sure, the research is important. But, for example, I might read that a certain drug is extremely dangerous if used every day even in small amounts, and then find only ONE post about someone complaining about it when used that way.
It is so great to watch this group grow! Anyway, great to have you with us... some of us come and go, or get busy for a few weeks, but we always post back. If it's urgent, post a separate thread with "urgent" in the title or something, and someone will usually get back to you pretty fast.
Best,

Michelle, I was diagnosed on Feb. 6, 2008.
My 'Medical Team" seems to trace it back 10 years or more.
All that time I just had one 'crazy' medical incident after the next.
I hope all are enjoying every bit of life they can!
