Plaquenil and cold medicines

I am new to plaquenil and take 200mg twice a day. I have a cold now and wondered if anyone knows of any cold medicine that shouldn't be taken with it. I tried Robitussin and it seems to be fine. I haven't called my doc yet since the cold isn't too bad.

I've been on Plaq for about 8 years and have never had any problems with cold meds. I do stay away from decongestants because they constrict blood vessles and that makes my Raynaud's worse.
I alos have never had any eye problems but I go every year for an exam anyway.

I cannot tell that the Plaquenil bothers anything except my stomach if I dont eat before taking it. I take Tylenol cold and sinus night time formula. Seems OK. I dont always take the full dose and give more time between doses than recommended.

I agree with jordan and MT, and the tylenol cold medicines seem to work well for me (I'm also on plaq). I haven't had any problems with any cold medicines (except Niquil/Dayquil... don't like that stuff... too powerful).

Thanks for the advice. I didn't like the robitussin, but I had one of the tylenol products and it worked good. I usually only take one not two. I react weird to meds.
